Hemavan Mountain Lodge is a newly built house of wood and glass just below Högfjällshotellet. It holds three apartments that work just as well on their own as together – from a weekend for two in Jofjället to the family reunion where the whole house is yours.

The slope is quite literally outside the door, with restaurants, the supermarket and the off-licence within walking distance. The car can stay parked all week.

Winter

Long seasons, wide horizons

Hemavan has one of Sweden’s longest ski seasons – from early winter well into May, when the spring sun warms the terrace. Alpine, cross-country, ski touring or snowmobile: the mountains start at the doorstep.
